Mark Textor

Mark Textor is a Professor of Philosophy at King's College London, who will be visiting Notre Dame during the Spring 2023 semester. His project, entitled "Lotze’s Interested Mind," will explore the philosophy of mind of the German philosopher Hermann Lotze. Lotze made feelings the fundamental part of the mind. In this project, Professor Textor will assess which questions about the mind receive novel answers if one follows Lotze.
