Call for Applications: Faculty Fellowship co-sponsored with Institute for Ethics and the Common Good

Author: Christopher Enabnit

As part of its 'Historical Traditions of Ethics' Research Cluster, the History of Philosophy Forum is co-sponsoring a 2025-26 Faculty Fellowship with the newly launched Institute for Ethics and the Common Good (IECG). This will be a yearlong appointment open to scholars conducting research in the history of ethics.

The IECG issued its call for applications to its Faculty Fellowships in summer 2024, announcing 6-8 openings on the theme, "The Future of Virtue Ethics." The Fellowship co-sponsored by the History of Philosophy Forum is dedicated specifically to research in the history of ethics, in accordance with the objectives of its three-year research cluster. Applications to the Faculty Fellowship can be submitted through the IECG's Interfolio portal and are due by Monday, October 14, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. (EDT).

More information about eligibility, application instructions, and fellowship expectations are available on the IECG website, linked below.
